Caynga, Inc. Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
The intent of this warranty is to provide our customers our word that we will ensure they are able
to enjoy our Journey Collection Cases for life. This warranty applies to original, unaltered, and
unmodified versions of our Journey Collection Cases. In the event that a Journey Collection Case
that was purchased from us (or an authorized distributor), by you, we will repair or replace it (at
our discretion) at no additional cost to you.

What Products are Covered?
As noted above, this warranty covers our Journey Collection Cases. You must have purchased
your Journey Collection Case from us directly or one of our authorized distributors for this
warranty to apply.

How Long Will Coverage Last?
This warranty will be effective for as long as the original purchaser owns the Journey Collection
Case without making any alterations or modifications.

What Does This Warranty Cover/Not Cover?
This warranty will cover (i) defects in the materials used to construct the product; (ii) defects in
the manufacture of the product; and (iii) structural damage resulting from normal use. In order
for this warranty to apply to your product, you must have stored the Journey Collection Case
indoors, used the it in accordance with normal use, and reside in the United States.
This warranty will not cover any other damage to the Journey Collection Case, including (but not
limited to): damage resulting from any use outside the normal use of the product (i.e., as a
storage container); damage resulting from outdoor use; normal wear and tear; accident; loss; fire;
and/or theft.

How Do I Submit My Claim?
In order to submit your claim you must first send an email to support@caynga.com with pictures
of the applicable Journey Collection Case and a description of the defect. Our team will review
and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will notify you of such approval and instruct you
where to send the damaged product (note: return shipment costs will be your responsibility).
Once received, we will either repair the product and send it back to you or provide a replacement
Journey Collection Case at no further cost to you.

*Note: While this warranty gives you specific legal rights there may be additional rights in your
jurisdiction pursuant to law.
